​Alison Kelly (name changed) asked as she sat down for coffee. She was grim but determined.

 

TGV team replied: “We need to know what we are building before we can quote a price.”

Alison insisted, “It’s just an App! You must have a price range. Just give it to me!”

TGV team advised, “That’s not how it works. Once we have the requirements, then we can share a quote.”

 

Alison was getting agitated by this point.

She replied angrily, “Everyone else does it. Why not you?”

 

The TGV team understood that there is more to this meeting. 

So, we requested, “Let’s take a step back and start from the beginning. Why don’t you tell us what is going on and then we can tell you how we can solve for it?”
