THE GLOBAL VILLAGE

22 July 2026
To our future shareholders,
The Global Village is a Circular Utility Grid Economy.
Our in-house Operational Infrastructure powers this grid, building capacity and capabilities for people and businesses alike. The outcome of this ecosystem is a Regenerative Business Model that drives a Circular Job Economy.
To date, across 550+ organizations worldwide, The Global Village has deployed personnel, infrastructure, systems, and funding—delivering a measurable business value of over US$5 Billion for our clients.
As the HyperLean™ Architects, we are actively restructuring business for the future:
-
People first,
-
Technology neutral, and
-
Fair trade for all.
Today, we begin engineering the pathway for our IPO in 2027.
Let us be clear: The Global Village is not a unicorn—because they are not real.
Our value is grounded in tangible products, physical assets, robust infrastructure, and a relentless commitment to self-funded fiscal discipline. Not in rainbows and confetti.
This moment has been over 26 years in the making. We take immense pride in not only making promises but also in keeping them. In short, we walk our talk.
Key highlights in random order:
-
Developed HyperLean™ methodology to ruthlessly eliminate non-value-added activities and transfer the benefits to employees, contractors and the community. For ourselves and our clients.
-
Since July 2024, the minimum compensation at The Global Village has been £15/hour, which now stands at £20/hour. With 35-hour weeks globally, flexible working options, focus on workplace design to support day care options on site to gym, reading corners and a whole lot more.
-
Local Teams and Global Clientele: While we leverage distributed operations, delivery is assured through local talent and resources.
-
Work-Learn-Earn Talent Management: Support broader talent acquisition and management. Where we career path school leavers through proper roles, in-house programs, competitive pay, and formal qualifications according to The Global Village Capacity and Capabilities Framework (TGV CCF).
-
Regeneration Business Model: We do not believe in sustainability. As it implies that broken systems should remain in place. People and Businesses deserve a circular economy that regenerates to provide growth for all and safeguards the one planet we all call home.
-
Tollgates and Timelines: Since 2019, we have been restructuring our operational infrastructure for our IPO in 2027. The point of pivot is right here, right now.
-
A 1500+ Cohort: Between January 2025 and March 2026, we have conducted pro bono and paid projects to empower learners and businesses through our signature programmes (Project NOVA, Small Business Owner Trainings, CPD-Certified Excel Trainings for 13-16 years olds, Work Shadow Programmes, paid internship, and others).
-
Expanded physical infrastructure across UK, USA and India. Moved into a 6000 sq. ft office space in Santiniketan, India. Our US base of operations is being set up in Roanoke, Virginia.
The emphasis now is on building partnerships. Leveraging our Operational Infrastructure as Equity (OIaE). Helping founders and businesses to succeed in the new global marketplace that demands extreme agility, technical dominance, and mastery over the entire value chain.
This shift in the roadmap is made to align with our IPO 2027 goal and long-term objectives to expand our six lines of businesses to nine by 2030.
Crazy, you say?
Well, we agree!
We were called crazy in May of 2000, just as much we are called crazy now.

Welcome to the next phase of our growth.

But, a Unicorn is the universal standard?
Correct!
Unicorn is the conventional archetype for a high-growth, high-potential enterprise whose valuation is largely based on expectations of future growth and value. Its valuation is, by definition, built substantially around projected potential — assumed growth, anticipated scale and possible future value.

We are not that. And that is one of our key differentiators.

Our value is grounded in what already exists:
-
Infrastructure we have and operate.
-
Fiscal discipline demonstrated through how we have funded and grown the business.
-
Products and capabilities that are tangible and commercially deployed.
-
Work with clients and the measurable value that work has created.
-
Impact on the communities and environments in which we operate.
The Global Village is not betting on a set of assumptions.

The Global Village is evaluated on tangible asset base.

The Global Village is showcased through 26+ years of cumulative work.
Our case studies quantify the exact impact we have made. Our infrastructure is visible. Our products are real. Our achievements can be examined.
At The Global Village, we are transparent about both:
-
What we have accomplished, and
-
What we are solving for.

This is exactly what we have built.
Not on rainbows and confetti.

And that, precisely, is why we are not a unicorn!
We are loud and hard to miss.
Just Google us.
We welcome you to nosey around — through search engines, AI, and whatever other sources you choose to use.
Our HyperLean Architects, The Global Village, and body of work are all public information — and there is considerably more documentation about us out there than what appears on this website.
If you haven’t researched us yet, that’s fine. There is always a first time to e-meet us.
So, Welcome!

The company and its evolution is atypical.
This atypical journey has enabled us to battle test our methodology, infrastructure, products, and operational capabilities for over 26 years.

The Global Village is a company powered by a community.
That is why we are People first, Technology neutral, and Fair trade for all.

Afterall, everyone needs a village to succeed.

The Global Village.
